Garlic Roasted Cauliflower
You will never want to cook cauliflower any other way!
This recipe serves 4
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 garlic bulb
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½-1 tsp each of salt and pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel the garlic clove and cut each clove in half lengthwise. Spread cauliflower florets and garlic on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes turning once halfway. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
